Refund & Return Policy — Droxica Shopping
We offer a 5-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If 5 days have passed, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

In the same condition as delivered

Unused, unworn, unwashed

Tags intact
-
Original packaging undamaged
-
Includes invoice / proof of purchase
If the item shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing accessories, the return will be rejected.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at droxicashopping@gmail.com with:

Order ID
-
Product name
-
Clear photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable)
Do not send any item back without approval.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not refunded.
All approved returns must be sent to the following address:

After your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
If the issue is valid, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may be rejected due to courier and supplier policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Gift cards

Items sold under Sale / Discount / Clearance

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, you must:

Send back the approved item

Place a new order after the return is accepted
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection. Approval or rejection will be communicated by email.
If approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Bank/UPI/credit card timelines may vary and are outside our control
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at droxicashopping@gmail.com.
7. Important Notes

Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

COD orders (if applicable) will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

We reserve the right to decline returns that violate any policy conditions.
