Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, your tracking details will be sent to you by email or SMS.

Delivery Time

Our products are shipped from multiple partner warehouses. Typical delivery time is:

  • 7–12 business days for most locations in India

  • Remote areas may take 12–18 business days

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, festivals, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. Some shipments may show limited tracking depending on the courier or warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details submitted by the customer.

Lost / Delayed Shipments

If a package is severely delayed or appears lost, contact us at droxicashopping@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and update you, but resolution timelines depend on the courier partner.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
